Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. For orders requiring shipping or delivery quotes, payment is completed through a secure payment link sent by email after quote approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processing providers.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines vary based on location, product availability, and carrier schedules. A signature is required upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Store Policies. Custom orders, personalized items, and custom colors are non-returnable. Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.
Installation Disclaimer
Complete mailbox setup pricing includes installation anywhere in Connecticut. Shipping is also available. Please contact us for shipping details and pricing information. Mrs. Mailbox is not responsible for installation modifications or third-party work completed after installation has been finalized.
